Business Systems Analysis

GCI performs detailed analysis, interviews and management feedback sessions to develop a clear picture of the current environment. A specifications report is developed that describes your environment, business needs and GCI's recommendation which take full advantage of your existing people, technologies, processes and procedures.

GCI believes that understanding and documenting your existing processes and workflow surrounding your existing manual/semi-automated system is paramount to an accurate recommendation.  GCI spends as much time as needed to identify the many pieces of your existing "system".

Once this information is collected and documented, we move next to understanding your needs and wants for the "new" system.  Each of the participants in the existing workflow is interviewed to determine where they are currently experiencing struggles, inefficiencies, timing issues, etc.

This information is then combined into a document detailing the existing system and processes.  Until we have a understanding of the existing process, how could we possibly make recommendation on improving and automating that same process?
