recommendation. GCI spends
as much time as needed to
identify the many pieces of your
existing "system".
Once this information is
collected and documented, we
move next to understanding your
needs and wants for the "new"
system. Each of the
participants in the existing
workflow is interviewed to
determine where they are
currently experiencing
struggles, inefficiencies,
timing issues, etc.
This information is then
combined into a document
detailing the existing system
and processes. Until we
have a understanding of the
existing process, how could we

improving and automating that
